Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice and Takedown Procedures

CYBERFLIP SOCIETE ANONYME ("Cyberflip Guard") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and applicable international copyright laws, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
This policy outlines the procedures for filing DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications related to content accessible through our services or platforms where we act as an enforcement agent.
Our Role in DMCA Enforcement
Cyberflip Guard provides professional DMCA enforcement services on behalf of copyright holders. We act as authorized agents for our clients to:

- File DMCA takedown notices with platforms hosting infringing content
- Track and follow up on pending takedown requests

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on a platform we manage or through content we host, please submit a written notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of infringing material: The URL(s) or other specific location of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Physical or electronic signature: Your signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Note: We respond to DMCA notices submitted via email more quickly than postal mail.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Identification: Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Statement under perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, the courts of Athens, Greece.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the removed content in 10-14 business days unless the complainant notifies us of legal action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also, at our discretion, limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
